An honest reading of the Constitution with an original understanding of the Founders and Ratifiers makes it quite clear that the federal government has no constitutional authority to override state laws on marijuana. …when someone defends BP’s right to due process its right not to have the government intimidate $20 billion out of them, that is not a defens of BP’s behavior in the gulf is it?
